If he doesn’t win who ever does win shouldn’t accept it and just give it to Michelle who would be in the audience. Just my two cents.

Indy 4 is very very disappointing! I really don’t care if I give any spoilers. Why? Because, this is the first movie made by Steven that you really don’t need to see. Indy 4 = Episode 1!

I really feel let down by Steven and George. Harrison was great in the scenes he was in… I guess my main issue isn’t with the acting.. it was the over all story sucked… Seriously Another Dimension Aliens. Why did we have to have E.T.’s spaceship at the end of the movie? FFS.

Sorry no pictures or videos… this is just a rant.

header-1 Ellen Page joins Roller Derby.

My friend Christi who is a Roller Derby Jammer. She is also one of my readers and the topic came up about me writing about Roller Derby. After searching for something new and interesting that would be relevant to my blog’s topic line of Photography, Movies, and Tech. I’ve learned of a new movie about Roller Derby currently in pre-production! Yes, sweet dancing muffin cakes, I found my topic!

The new Roller Derby movie is currently called “Whip it!” and stars Ellen Page the prego girl from last years smash hit Juno Ellen Page joins Roller Derby. a. Hmm… Little Juno-bug. I can almost picture Ellen Page as a jammer in a short skirt knee pads and knee high socks plowing through her competition. It also is being directed by Drew Barrymore.

WHIP IT!!! WHIP IT GOOD!!!

For those of you who are into the world of Roller Derby you might of heard of this movie you might not. But you can rest assure that this movie won’t turn out like the last failure to incorporate roller derby like theme into it. That movie being Rollerball. Why? Because the story/screenplay was written by a roller derby girl her self Miss Shauna Cross. (more…)

ironman IRONMAN & Into The Wild

In the past 24hrs, I’ve seen two movies. Unlike in form and presentation, creation and tone. In a fair assumption that one can enjoy a motion picture for which it was created. That of entertainment! Today, I write knowingly that many may disagree that you can enjoy many different types of movies regardless of your gender, age or sexual orientation.

My former classmates from film school in the early 00s. All posed their opinions of the greatest movies and shunned anything not like them. Those movies or films as they are called by my then peers. They used the word “Film” as if it had this great meaning and power over the terms for the medium. I feel, now in the late 00s that my passion for this medium remerging and taking on new life.

I am unsure where this new found life will take me. However, the subject at hand is this whatever social group or clic your apart of or what you’ve been told by your peers is a great film. Regardless if you liked it or not. Go out rent, buy or see them in theaters - something you wouldn’t normally go see and see something different. (more…)

cusack John Cusack Aims To Offend With War Satire Film

John Cusack is outraged over the Iraq war, so the U.S. actor channeled his anger into a low-budget political satire — complete with a chorus line of scantily clad female amputees — that he hopes will offend.

I personally can’t wait to see his film. Besides being one of my favorite actors. This really has some meaning behind it. Oh, did I mention he’s one of my favorite actors? Why yes, yes I did.
